TNC is a snapshot of how the world is changing right in front of us - even in industries as “boring” and overlooked as cleaning. It’s about how the new generation approaches business differently: more transparency, smarter systems, and a focus on intentional growth.
I’m 22 years old, and I’ve spent the past few years building a commercial cleaning company. Being young in this space gives me a different perspective - I see outdated systems everywhere, and many of them still exist simply because “we’ve always done it this way”. That mindset is exactly why this industry feels old-school, and why growth often stalls before it ever really begins.
My generation is shifting that. We value transparency, sustainability, efficiency, and a more modern approach to how businesses should operate. TNC is my way of capturing that shift and sharing it with anyone who sees the world evolving in the same direction.
As MSC Facilities continues to grow, I’ve learned lessons firsthand that most people don’t talk about openly - the mistakes, the wins, the operational details, the growth mindset, and the real behind-the-scenes of building something that matters. This is where I share all of that: the insights, the patterns, and the ideas that will shape the next decade of business and entrepreneurship.
